OUR FARM

The property was bought by the Laing family back in 1976 and was used to grow up to 40 acres of potatoes annually and run beef cattle.

The farm is now primarily home to a herd of beef cattle but also pigs, sheep, goats, chickens and ducks.

Children can meet up close our heritage saddleback pigs and watch them in their natural surroundings and be amongst our chickens whilst enjoying some of the best things in life, sunshine and fresh air.

ANIMAL FEEDING

Children are more than welcome to meet our farm friends and help with a morning feed. Please note that feeding days are the following: Monday-Wednesday-Friday-Saturday at 9am.

Please see reception to arrange; we will meet you down the old animal barn 😃

Parents please note: Children must be supervised at all times while visiting the animals and the barn area. Please do not feed the animals just any food as some have dietary requirements. Lastly, don’t forget to bring along your welly boots!
