Jassi Leatherworks
Visit the Jassi Leatherworks showroom and workshop located on the premises, where sheepskin and leather products, including Ugg boots in a wonderful range of colours and styles and delightful soft, cuddly native animals and birds are made and are for sale.
Also on display are quality, pure wool garments, art, wood and other crafts, Mount Romance sandalwood products, and much more.
Australiana Cafe
You don't even need to leave the property to enjoy aromatic freshly ground coffee and delicious snacks, cakes and slices, available in our Australiana Cafe.
The Jassi Shop and and Australiana Cafe are open daily, from 9.00 am until 5.00 pm.
Private Bushwalk to the Beach
Mazzoletti Beach is a leisurely 25 minute stroll from your holiday cottage - effectively your own private beach as it is inaccessible by road. Our private walk trail to the beach, through the William Bay National Park, also intersects the world famous Bibbulmun Track - just waiting for your exploration.

- If you feel like a change of scenery, the renowned William Bay, Greens Pool, Elephant Rocks, Madfish Bay and Waterfall Beach are just a short drive away.
- Enjoy the birdlife around your cottage and in our wonderful nearby national parks and, in season, wildflowers and whale watching.
- Feel free to play a game on our tennis court, or visit our large games room with a pool table, table tennis and a large open fire where you can mingle with fellow holiday makers and enjoy a relaxing drink.
- Also available on request are a selection of complimentary games and videos.
- Enjoy a trip down memory lane, browsing amongst our collection of farming implements and equipment from days gone by.
- Meet our gentle Clydesdale giant and her donkey companion.
- Join in farm activities and help feed the animals or simply enjoy the peaceful rural vista, where our cattle graze in tranquil contentment.
